We have owned Rottweilers for many years and absolutely adore the great big sooks.

With the aging of our beloved Zacki, we knew we couldn't do without our best mate, guardian angel and knight in shining armour, or the goofy looks and personality, so we set about finding a friend for him before he passed away.

As Zacki had suffered hip displaysia from the age of 3.5 months, we vowed that although we loved every minute with him, we did not want to see another beautiful animal go through life with this affliction, so we set about researching both the breed and breeders to ensure that we had every chance of introducing a healthy puppy to our home.

We finally decided on a little (big, goofy) girl called 'Pippin' and she and Zacki had an absolutely beautiful time together right up to his passing some months later.    We believe that Zacki quietly slipped away in his sleep knowing that we were o.k. and had the right girl to look after us all.   We are waiting for Pippin's adopted sister to mature enough to join us on the mountain.   Meanwhile, Pippin is shown below.

OUR GIRLS

Brescott Jazamatazz (Jazz)

Little Jazz took the whole establishment by storm with her sweet little personality, big cheesy grin, eagerness to be cuddled and adored and delight at meeting all the other dogs, particularly the midgets of her own age.

Our little girl is fast maturing into a beautiful young lady, although still very much a puppy in many ways at this stage.

Life is a great big grin for lil Jazz

Brescott Zakia (Zally)

Little Zally arrived with the same smile and zest for life as little Jazz did.  She blended in and was quickly welcomed, kizzed and played with by our young Cavis and Tibbi and within 24 hours knew the routine backward, as if she had been born here.

Zally just loves cuddles and can be heard to groan her excitement about perching on your lap and putting her pudgy arms around your neck in readiness to kiss you with the tongue that's been on the ready from the time you bent down to her.

Already a beautiful baby girl with such a happy disposition, we're looking forward to seeing her mature into a stunning young lady along with her kennel sister, with supberb mahogany markings.

OUR BOY

Muzairib Country Squire (Bruce)

Little Bruce arrived with our last little Cavi Boy as company in his crate for the road travel.

Bruce caught our eye and when we inquired about him, his breeder just confirmed he was the boy for our two girls, whom we love dearly.

A typical boy, Bruce is a soft Rottie woos and has already formed a bond with Zally who is near to his own age.

He's a little boy who has quickly wound his way into our hearts and often has us laughing with his vocalisation of his excitement at being cuddled.    We're having to convince him that he is now too big to fit on our laps, something he's not too keen about.

We look forward to watching this little boy grow into a handsome young man.
